Looking for a capable and energetic
MA to become a part of our busy practice 40 hours per week
Must have
MA Experience and be skilled in:

• Vital Signs

*Knowledge of medical terminology
*Gynecological Experience
- preferred
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Basic Computer Skills
*Type 45 wpm
*Experience with working and maintaining confidential information
*Knowledge of HIPAA
*Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems required; Eclinical Works preferred
*Experience and comfort working in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision
*Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong interpersonal/customer service skills
*Team Player
*Compassion and commitment to patient care and satisfaction
*Experience with scheduling appointments, patient management, fax server, scanning


Duties Will Include:

*Checking Patients and collecting copays, processing payments
*Answering multi-line phone, scheduling patients
*Maintaining Reception area
*Verifying Patient Eligibility
*Ensures that patient and provider are prepared for visit
*Ensures that patient's questions and concerns have been answered and addressed
*Administering Injections, charting appropriately
*Prescriptions and communication with pharmacies
*Triage patients

• Assist in procedures

*Prior Authorizations
*Clinical Supply Ordering and Inventory
*Ensuring proper documentation of chart
*Maintaining Clinical Skills, knowledge, credentials
*Handle other duties with excellence and enthusiasm

MA
