Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Howell, MI

Work Schedule: 10:30am-7pm

Join our team of experienced ABA Superheroes as we expand our services to support children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. At Patterns, you'll work in a professional, ethical, and caring environment with opportunities for career growth.

Your Role:

Hiring, training, and supervising Behavior Technicians
Assisting in program development and implementation
Providing consultation and support to families
Collaborating on program development and quality assurance

Requirements:

BCBA certification
Master's degree
3-5 years of ABA experience
Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Full-time position, non-exempt
