Team / Division Overview:
This role is in the Fund Finance & Reporting group at RREEF Management, LLC, a real estate investment advisor under DWS. The group manages fund administration functions for RREEF advised real estate vehicles in the U.S.
Role Details:
As a Fund Finance Controller, you will:

Maintain cross-functional relationships and collaborate with different groups
Manage financial reviews and reporting for real estate vehicles
Coordinate with external service providers
Oversee fund-level budgeting and invoice payments
Monitor transaction pipeline and assist with tax reporting and compliance
Lead projects to enhance efficiency
Manage direct reports and stay updated on industry standards
Collaborate with various RREEF teams on projects

We are looking for:

Experience in real estate accounting
Knowledge of real estate funds and separate accounts
8+ years of relevant experience
CPA certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Motivated with problem-solving abilities
