    Downs & Stanford, P.C. is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation paralegal to join their team in Downtown Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in reviewing and analyzing medical records. You will jump right into handling a variety of cases in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary based on experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage cases alongside attorneys and team members
    • Review and analyze medical records for Doctor visits and Medical Examinations
    • Prepare analysis letters for review
    • Communicate with clients, adjusters, counsel, experts, and regulatory bodies
    • Schedule Doctor appointments and necessary examinations
    • Meet monthly billable hour target

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of medical records review experience
    • Ability to work collaboratively or independently
    • Critical thinking, initiative, and adaptability
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
    • Familiarity with billing and calendaring software is a plus
