    Position Title: Contract Analyst - Vendor Management

    Location: Baltimore, MD

    Status: Contract 6 months aprox.

    Status: 100% Remote

    Pay Rate: US$45.00 per hour

    Who we are looking for / Requirements:

    We are actively seeking a Contract Analyst - Vendor Management. The Contract Analyst - Vendor Management will ensure all Third Party relationships are compliant with all applicable corporate, state, federal and regulatory requirements with a focus on Federal consumer financial laws.

    Key components we are looking for:

    Must be a member in good standing of at least one US state bar or have earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

    Appropriate knowledge and understanding of the credit card space operationally and regulatory.

    Vendor managers find the best vendor deals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships while representing the company.

    Interpersonal skills: Interact with a variety of vendors, speaking with people of all ages and backgrounds.

    Ability to review/translate and negotiate contract documents.

    The successful candidate should have an understanding of the Credit Card Industry both operations and regulatory

    What you will do / Responsibilities:

    Participate in meetings and understand the requirements discussed; translate requirements into legal documents; review/analyze current contracts and recommend efficiencies and opportunities

    Ensure company standards are met which includes: Collect and evaluate upfront and ongoing due diligence on Third Parties.

    Develop and maintain effective relationships with key Business partners.

    Manage the complete contract lifecycle from negotiation, initial drafting, Business, Legal and other stakeholder approval, execution, and ongoing compliance.

    Assist Legal with review of Third Party contract templates to ensure the inclusion of Client's provisions.

    Perform annual contract reviews and facilitate any necessary renewals for Third Party Vendors as well as amendments or terminations as required.

    Maintain appropriate documentation/approvals on file. Ensure agreements contain appropriate service levels, quality and security standards, performance metrics and financial penalties/incentives as required.

    Ensure corporate requirements are met by facilitating necessary documentation and reviews. Perform other duties as assigned.
