Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team.
As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to our products or services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in our database
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offerings
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (additional languages such as Spanish, French, etc.)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with customers proactively
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

- Every weekend
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed
