Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to our products or services
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in our database
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offerings
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus (additional languages such as Spanish, French, etc.)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with customers proactively
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

$ $20.00 per hour


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
  • No weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • Inperson

Ability to Commute:

  • Annapolis, MD preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Annapolis, MD 21403: Relocate before starting work (required)
