CREATIVE SOLUTIONS IN HEALTHCARE, the largest provider of long-term care services in the State of Texas, is seeking an In-House Transactional Attorney to join our legal team in Fort Worth, TX.
We are looking for an experienced healthcare transactional attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence review and analysis, contract negotiations, drafting transfer and operating agreements, and drafting letters of intent. Additionally, the attorney should have familiarity with HUD financing and federal healthcare related payment programs. Although not necessary, experience with the Quality Incentive Payment Program is preferred.
Key requirements:
We offer a full complement of benefits, including competitive salary, health, dental, vision, 401K, and complimentary life insurance available Day 1. After ninety days, the position will have a competitive PTO package available for the attorney. Any bar dues or CLE costs will be picked up by the company.
No billable hour requirement.
