- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law, but will also consider a new grad with practical experience.
- Familiarity with construction law or corporate law preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in litigation to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills

As a Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients in various industries. Your duties will include, but not limited to: - Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advising clients on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and providing analysis on complex legal issues.
- Assisting with litigation matters as needed, including preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
