    We need someone to join our team in Charlotte to help with a $45M Hotel project.
    This is your chance to work for a medium sized firm that does work anywhere from $20M - $250M in project size based on the wide portfolio we have

    We are in need of a Senior Estimator to join our construction team based in Charlotte.

    As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in helping to win commercial construction projects, providing accurate and competitive hard bid estimates that drive our success.

    This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

    Our ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in construction estimating and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

    Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
    Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
    Reviewing and analyzing project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost of a project.
    Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure they meet project specifications and budget.
    Maintaining and updating a database of historical cost data for use in future estimates.
    Providing technical support and guidance to junior estimating staff.
    A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial projects.
    A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    Proficiency in using estimating software and other relevant computer applications.
    The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
