    Description

    Job Title: Senior Estimator - Civil Construction

    Location: Charlotte, NC

    Salary: $120k-$130k

    Skills: Estimating, Heavy Civil Construction

    Responsibilities: The primary duties involve conducting timely, comprehensive, and precise take-offs. Additionally, aiding in the preparation of bid documents and crafting construction schedules is essential. Calculating production-based costs and contributing to the development of high-quality proposals for regional pursuits are also key responsibilities. Moreover, attending pre-bid site visits and conducting investigations form part of the role's duties.

    Must-Have Skills:

    1. 3-5 years experience in highway heavy construction.
    2. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
    3. Must be a team player and able to conform to our methods of conducting operations.

    Nice to Have Skills:

    1. Knowledgeable in Primavera.
    2. Proficient in utilizing computer software applications such as HCSS or equivalent estimating programs, Agtek or similar earthwork software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
    3. Experience managing direct reports is a plus.
