We are currently seeking full-time (part-time also possible) Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for our partner based in Delmenhorst.

Your responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Providing advice on discounts and offers to customers
Maintaining customer data
Documenting processes and performing administrative tasks

Requirements:

Customer and solutionoriented approach
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using a computer
Outgoing and independent personality
Ideally, good knowledge of English
