Toxic Tort Attorney
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience is required
- Requires a Juris Doctor degree
- Licensed in California
- Selfmotivated individual with high energy willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadline
- Experience in billable work environment
- Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities Include:
- Taking and defending expert and witness depositions
- Drafting original motions and other litigationrelated documents on complex matters
- Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
- Developing client relationships through oral and written communication
- Preparation for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, witness lists
Pay:
$120, $180,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- asbestos: 5 years (required)
- toxic tort litigation: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Bar (required)
