I would need a price estimate for painting a commercial space of approximately 130m2 divided into 2 floors in Baxter Springs, KS. This includes painting the walls and ceiling of both floors, with the ceiling of one floor measuring 90m2. The ceiling is rough and not smooth, so it will need to be painted as is with a special roller for uneven surfaces. The walls are in perfect condition, smooth and white, making it easy to apply color. I will provide the paint unless the painter has good prices.
