Position Details:
Use electrophysiolgic, activity-based and molecular approaches to make important contributions to understanding how endocannabinoids, opioids, and other transmitters regulate specific aspects of food and drug intake.

Required Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have earned a PhD in Neuroscience or related field, be fluent in written and spoken English, and will be self-motivated, willing to learn, and a good team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in electrophysiology and/or stereotaxic surgery and have a strong understanding of the physiology of motivated behaviors, energy balance regulation, and/or opioid actions.

In accordance with RCW , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position or as mandated by a U.S.
Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
