Your Profile

Successfully completed commercial training; preferably with specialized qualifications or further education (e.g. HR specialist (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in the field of human resources
Knowledge of labor and social security law
High level of service orientation
Communication skills and sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office
Good knowledge of German

Your Tasks

Independent handling of administrative HR tasks (from contract creation to offboarding)
Advising employees and managers on all HRrelated matters
Responsibility for maintaining employee master data
Close collaboration with other departments such as payroll, retail management, and recruiting, as well as with authorities, offices, institutions, funds, and insurance companies
Creating employment contracts, agreements, certificates, and references
