- Bachelor's degree or at least seven (7) years of related business analytics or software testing experience.
- Experience documenting and/or designing business processes and workflows.
- Understand technical discussions to document, analyze, and provide solutions.
- Investigate and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance.
- Awareness of Air Force financial management, appropriations, or budget processes.
- Understanding of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).
- Knowledge of Power App and SharePoint.
- Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows.
- Experience with agile development and project scope management.
- Ability to evaluate success rate and customer experience of delivered products.
- Familiarity with UiPath, RPA, AI tools, and similar products.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000.
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree's yearly performance.
