- Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate the iterative development and delivery of projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze requirements, and assist with the development of functional specifications.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques and requirements gathering processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
