Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform line striping using appropriate equipment and materials to mark parking spaces, traffic lanes, crosswalks, and other designated areas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
• Prepare surfaces for line striping and seal coating by cleaning, repairing, and priming as needed.
• Operate and maintain line striping and seal coating equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to coordinate work schedules and address any concerns or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Minimum of 3 Years of recent experience in line striping and seal coating is required.
• Concrete experience preferred.
• Ability to operate line striping and seal coating equipment safely and effectively.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
