Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in sales.


Responsibilities:

• Shadow a sales leader to develop sales skill to learn the payment business
• Assistant to top sales producer
• Learn complex sales negotiation, lead generation, product fit and placement, setup and activation, financial analysis, account management, retention/attrition management along with other important skills.
• Perform administrative tasks, document preparation and all required support and administrative tasks
• Report success and development goals consistently and maintain assigned targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong work ethic and drive to win and grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn and change at a rapid rate
• Strong technical and/or computer skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
