We have openings in our Off Premise and On Premise Sales Departments.

Our Off Premise Team takes care of our convenience stores and retail store customers, while our On Premise Team takes care of restaurant and bar customers.


Job Duties:


  • Sell our entire BDC product portfolio in the assigned territory
  • Maintain great relationships with assigned accounts & understand their business objectives
  • Identify accounts that are not currently purchasing BDC products, and develop a plan to establish business
  • Improve brand visibility in accounts by displaying pointofsale items
  • Conduct bartender educations, beer tastings, and evening promotions
  • Ride with supplier partners and BDC management monthly to team sell accounts
  • Build excitement for upcoming product releases
  • In a typical week, this position works roughly 50 hours although exact start and end times are flexible

Qualifications:


  • Desire to build a career in beer sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in resultsoriented experience in outside sales
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, competitive, and detail oriented
  • A competitive spirit with assertive, confident personality
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish goals
  • Ability to lift and move cases and kegs of beer frequently
