At Oberschwaben Clinic, we are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our team as soon as possible.

As a publicly funded organization, Oberschwaben Clinic operates two acute care hospitals, St. Elisabethen-Klinikum in Ravensburg and Westallgäu-Klinikum in Wangen, as well as outpatient medical centers at four locations. We are also the main shareholder of the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Health Academy in Weingarten. With nearly 3000 employees, Oberschwaben Clinic generates an annual revenue of approximately 250 million euros.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management in strategic, conceptual, and operational matters
  • Preparing decision-making documents and presentations
  • Conducting independent research and analysis
  • Preparing and following up on meetings of committees and management, including creating presentations and templates and taking minutes
  • Assisting with process and structural issues

Your qualifications:

  • You have a relevant degree, such as in health economics, business administration, or medicine, combined with additional business training, and ideally have previous experience in the hospital sector
  • You have a solid understanding of economic relationships and strong conceptual skills
  • You enjoy analytical evaluations and working with complex issues
