    ****The Role:**As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making sure that clients are welcomed in a professional and friendly manner, while making their experience as timely and stress free as possible. You will ensure that registration materials are completed accurately, and that clients understands attendance rights and policy information. You will also be obtaining clients insurance information and verifying coverage with their insurance company. While working as an important team member, you will provide coverage when needed at multiple locations.**

    ****About You:** Youre always happy to help answer questions and when you don't know the answer, you're driven to find it. You are comfortable talking on the phone, are able to establish trusting relationships both over the phone and in person and helping others is what fulfills you. You strive to ensure that every person you connect with feels welcomed and cared for because you know how important that it. You're also a problem solver, intuitive and able to think creatively.**

    ****What were looking for:** High-School diploma or G.E.D At least 3 years experience in the customer service field Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to respond professionally under pressure while completing different tasks, problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize the workload required Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job Hold a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle liability coverage**
