As the Director of Marketing and PR, you'll oversee all facets of our marketing and public relations efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful execution.

From digital marketing and content creation to advertising and event management, you'll lead the charge in driving our brand forward on a global scale.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Developing comprehensive global PR plans and managing PR objectives, strategies, and programs across our various titles.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with gaming and mainstream media outlets, as well as influencers, to amplify our brand presence.
  • Crafting engaging written and video content that resonates with our audience and enhances our company's narrative across all platforms.
  • Leading discussions on brand positioning, communication pillars, and content strategy to ensure alignment with our overall objectives.
  • Steering crisis response discussions and developing effective crisis management plans to safeguard our company's reputation.
  • Driving a content strategy that delivers onbrand material across diverse channels, including social media, blogs, and more.
  • Contributing to the establishment of broader communications team values, vision, and strategic decisions.
  • Planning, managing, and supervising daytoday operations within the marketing function of the Communications Department.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities such as recruiting, mentoring, and leading a highperforming team of professionals.

Minimum Education:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields; Master's or MBA preferred.

Requirements:


  • 710 years of progressive experience in PR, Communications, or related roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and impact over time.
  • 3+ years of communications or PR experience in a publicly traded gaming, tech, or entertainment company.
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • The ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and influence others effectively.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivation with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with adaptability to change and ambiguity.
  • Modern communication skills with strategic thinking, creativity, and a proven track record of results in PR.
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and communication methods.
  • Experience in building or setting up marketing and PR processes is a strong advantage.
