Oglesby's Dual Study Program:


Our 3-year Dual Study Program combines academic study phases at DHBW Heidenheim with high-quality practical training phases within our company.

Through early involvement and your active participation during the practical phases, you will quickly learn about our business and (production) technical processes, as well as the entire process chain of HauffTechnik, particularly in the areas of development/product design, industrial engineering, product management, purchasing, materials management, logistics, as well as finance and controlling.

You will support various departments from the beginning, communicate with internal and external partners, sometimes in English, and independently work on smaller projects.
