Responsibilities:


  • Handling all operational HR tasks and personnel administration within the company
  • Providing support to approximately 150 employees across 3 locations
  • Implementing, optimizing, and developing HR processes
  • Preparing employment contracts and HR documents
  • Creating personnel statistics and analyses
  • Managing recruitment and applicant processes
  • Organizing and implementing occupational health and safety measures
  • Assisting with payroll preparation in collaboration with the tax consultant
  • Advising managers and the executive board on all personnelrelated matters and decisions
  • Collaborating with departments, the works council, and external service providers and partners
  • Acting as a point of contact for authorities and social security institutions
  • Participating in projects related to personnel matters and supporting quality management in HR processes
  • Managing the company's fleet

Requirements:


  • Several years of experience in operational HR within a small or mediumsized company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions with a handson mentality
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with an HR time tracking system
  • Good knowledge of preparatory tasks for payroll processing
