Job summary
The Director Global Compensation Analytics will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a compelling compensation strategy for the Enterprise as part of the Global Compensation Strategy and Compensation Consulting team.This person will own the analytical and market intelligence capabilities that support compensation structures programs and processes benchmarking global compensation tools.
