Job Title:

Lead 340B Compliance AnalystDepartment:University Hospital | 340B Contract Pharmacy Administration This position reports to the 340B Program Manager and is responsible for leading all 340B program compliance and operations within the University Hospital covered entity.

This position supervises the work of 1-2 compliance analysts in addition to the duties outlined below

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare or finance related field required
Extensive experience (5-10 years) with 340B program management
Considerable experience (3 years) in data analysis and interpretation
Considerable experience (3 years) in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent time management skills
Considerable experience (3 years) with electronic health record reporting
