We are looking for 1-2 Professional Cleaners to add to our team to carry out general move out cleaning duties in empty apartments and around apartment communities.

Our role in the process is to take an empty apartment and clean it so that it is ready for the new residents to move in.

• Deep clean all areas of an empty apartment or singlefamily home including, but not limited to wiping down all surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and fans, bathroom cleaning, deep cleaning kitchen appliances, windows and blinds, etc.
• Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities with a provided checklist
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs (additional pay is provided on a casebycase basis when cleaning requirements are abnormal)
• Ability to follow a given schedule, with a degree of flexibility for unforeseen changes and additions that occur from time to time
• Follow all health and safety regulations including proper use of PPE, chemicals, and equipment

• Proven working experience as a cleaner references are a plus
• Ability to handle moderately heavy equipment (moving appliances out to clean under/behind them)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team for larger cleaning projects
• Good communication and customer service skills

• Driver's license with reliable transportation; willing to go where the work is
• Fulltime applicants must have the ability to clean 12 apartments per day; each clean averages about 4 hours (some take longer, some less depending on the condition of the home)
• Cell phone with internet capabilities all scheduling is done through an app

This position _may_ require occasional weekend or evening shifts if you have the availability and want to work but those jobs are only occasional and not required.
