HERE YOU WILL WORK:
For our client, a family-owned and globally operating company in shipbuilding, we are looking for an accountant.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

As an accountant, you will record and post all business transactions of the company, clarify open items and balances, and be responsible for the dunning process.
You will independently prepare monthly financial statements according to HGB, prepare annual financial statements, and carry out both accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
In addition, you will process bank and cash transactions, handle payments, and determine and post tax liabilities such as sales tax returns.
Finally, you will review and maintain balance sheets, prepare income statements, and create corresponding evaluations and statistics.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE
TABLE:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant.
Experience in preparing income statements and creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements is desirable.
You are proficient in common MS Office programs and open to using softwarebased
