- Centrally manage incoming leads and organize information into Pipedrive
- Handle incoming sales call-in leads. Collect information from prospective customers about the project and be able to give general information and responses to customer questions
- Follow up on new leads with phone calls and emails according to defined sales procedures and update status in Pipedrive
- Qualify prospective customers and, assign leads to appropriate sales team member
- Follow up on customer proposals submitted by sales team to update status, assist sales reps
- Be familiar with existing and new contracts by setting up job files / jackets, confirm addresses and file NTO when needed
- Solicit and handle in-house material only sales. Create proposals for customer approval, coordinate pickup/delivery
- Handle new and existing customer requests for routine maintenance service.
- Create and send thank you email messages asking for reviews on all completed projects
- Manage sample levels and order when needed
- Handle all customer requests for repair and heave duty maintenance service. Schedule appointments with customers that require site visits
- Evaluate job specific requirements and identify the necessary resources (time and material) to complete estimate for needed repairs.
- Prepare estimates and proposals in LMN to quote repairs, replacements, and custom maintenance proposals.
