- Process incoming prescriptions and ensure smooth transition to the dealer.
- Responsible for creating accounts in Salesforce and LMS CRM systems.
- Obtain necessary documents from clinician offices when needed.
- Build and maintain strong consumer relationships.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with provider partners.
- Assist outside sales by managing prescriptions, dealer relationships, and clinician offices.
- Collaborate with Bard Care Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the prescription program, drive end-user business, and achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Maintain accurate patient records in Salesforce.
- Handle sample order requests from the Global Distribution Center.
- Provide support for calls and sample requests via the 800 Line.
- Work with Data Integrity Coordinator and Auditor to support KPI metrics and other defined initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism in all interactions.
- Promote a positive work environment reflecting BusyBees' values of professional excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
- Perform other assigned duties and tasks.
- Education/Experience: Associates Degree preferred; 2-3 years of related experience in a clinical setting.
- Skills:
- Language: Ability to interpret medical documentation and communicate effectively via phone and email.
- Math: Capable of basic math calculations and data analysis.
- Reasoning: Skilled at problem-solving and decision-making.
- Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Licensure or Certifications: No certifications required.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
