For our location in
Hannover, we are currently looking for a part-time or 520€ basis Call Center Agent/Telephonist (m/f/d) to start immediately.

As a side job or minor employment, the working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. The exact working hours will be discussed individually with the supervisor during the interview.


Your responsibilities:


  • With your friendly voice, you will greet our customers on the phone and leave a professional impression
  • You will handle incoming calls and complete them with missing information according to our guidelines
  • Afterwards, you will forward all relevant information to the appropriate contact person internally and ensure a timely call back from colleagues
  • In addition, you will independently handle customer inquiries

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have a talent for conducting phone calls, characterized by a high level of customer orientation and a strong service mindset
  • You are proficient in written and spoken communication, both in writing and on the phone
  • You have basic computer skills
  • You are a team player
