Develop and maintain strategic relationships

Prepare accurate, timely estimates for potential ROOF WORK AND REPAIR WORK·

Manage projects for customer satisfaction, profitability and future process improvements·

Role and Responsibilities

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to generate and deliver proposals tailored to the audience needs
• Strong working knowledge of standard MS Office suite of programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Generate leads via self-cold calling and company generated leads
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Develop estimates for potential service jobs
• Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Competently represent the company brand at all times
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
• Document customer feedback
• Identify and pursue potential business
• Be responsive to the needs of existing and potential customers
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Display self-starter and self-motivating characteristics
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Provide improvement recommendations to service department procedures
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized files
• Confer with building owners / managers, direct supervisory personnel, and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and prevent delays
• Perform site visits as needed
• Possess relationship management skills and be open to constructive feedback
