_ Our Body Shop Assistant Manager / Collision Center Assistant Manager responsibilities are_:

  • Greet all customers in a professional and courteous matter_
  • Maintain and develop and excellent working relationship with insurance companies, fleet and manufactures_
  • Perform the duties of an estimator; examine and inspect damages vehicles and create estimates for repair costs to restore to preloss condition_
  • Prepare damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner_
  • Assist in controlling all production/shop costs_
  • Work closely with the General Manager on the computerized daily workflow and dispatches accordingly_
  • Support and assists all employees with any task when needed_

_ Shop Assistant Manager / Collision Center Assistant Manager__ Qualifications_
_ include__:_**- 2 years minimum of continued experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop preferred_

  • Prior automotive body shop estimating/insurance adjuster experience required_
  • Understands and knowledge with collision repair process_
  • Confidence in handling high volumes and under pressure_
  • Ability to maintain a fastpace workflow throughout the collision shop_
  • Strong computer skills with collision management software experience, preferred_
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, required_
  • Must be selfmotivated, detailed oriented and organized _
  • High School Diploma/GED required_
  • Valid license, with mínimal motor vehicle infractions_
