    Join Our Team as a Project Accountant at Phoenix!

    • A growing company in the real estate industry is looking for a Project Accountant with a minimum of three years of experience in accounting for real estate, development, or construction projects. This role will directly report to the Controller.
    • Responsibilities include managing costs, contracts, and commitments for projects, as well as preparing journal entries, monthly financial statements, and bank account reconciliations.
    • The ideal candidate must have a strong background in job costing and account reconciliations.
    • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
    • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles related to real estate, development, or construction is crucial.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
    • We are seeking motivated individuals who can work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
