Established just a year ago, our cozy venue boasts an exceptional selection of wines, especially natural wines, and delectable food offerings.

Position Details:

Shifts: 2-3 times a week, typically from 4-11 pm.

Compensation: $15/hour + tips.


Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Discussing, recommending, and explaining various wines and their originating regions, with a focus on natural wines.
• Efficiently serving both behind the bar and on the floor.
• Managing the restaurant's POS system for order entries, sales tracking, and guest charges.
• Capably serving and overseeing 3035 guests solo during peak hours.

Requirements:

• A strong background in customer service.
• Medium to advanced knowledge in wines, particularly natural wines.
• Previous experience in bartending and serving.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems.
• A selfstarter attitude with the ability to manage the floor independently and responsibly.
