Job Description**This person must live within 50 miles of Madison or Onalaska, WI. Occasional in-office appearances may be required monthly but otherwise this is a work from home position. No exceptions will be made for candidates outside of this radius**
Description:
The Customer Service Representative will support members with a variety of questions including billing, plan explanations, use of the online portal, etc. During all calls, the CSR will research answers to questions as needed and document all issues and issue resolution within their software.
This will be a phone based position with a typical call volume of calls per day.
This position will train on first shift for 6 weeks and will transition to a pre-determined shift following that schedule. Shifts offered are between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
