We are looking for a personnel consultant (m/f/d) in Meißen to strengthen the team of a personnel service company.

Your tasks include accompanying our employees from onboarding to exit, conducting HR-related negotiations, consultations and employee discussions. You will also be responsible for providing independent advice and support to renowned clients.

Your tasks:


  • Support and accompany employees from onboarding to exit
  • Conduct HRrelated negotiations
  • Prepare and conduct consultations and employee discussions
  • Independently advise and support renowned clients
  • Continuously optimize and shape our HR processes for the future in your area of responsibility
  • Work on HR projects, including planning, implementation and management of your own projects

Required skills:


  • Professional experience in temporary work
  • Professional experience in the mentioned field
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between modern HR management and business processes
  • You are communicative, structured and a team player

Required education:


  • Completed training as a personnel service specialist or alternatively a successfully completed training with professional experience in similar areas

Full-time


Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm
