Veterinary Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine of Virginia is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, hard working individual to join our Richmond and Fredericksburg team.

This position is a crucial part of the team that provides a high level of customer service with each client they interact with.

We believe each client becomes a part of the VRSVA family and want to make sure all clients and patients are treated with a high level of compassion, kindness and support.

• Keep the front desk/waiting room at the Richmond location clean and visually appealing
• Assist current and new clients with scheduling and answering questions to the best of their ability
• Consult with a care provider when client reaches out for information specific to their animals care
• Maintain updated records for current and new patients
• Collaborate with care providers and assistants at both locations to ensure proper scheduling
• Provide a high level of customer services and professionalism to all clients and potential clients
• Ensure each patient being seen has an updated new patient form
• Scan and upload all records, forms, ect., into Neo in the appropriate patient file

• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Canine and/or feline baseline behavior and medical knowledge is preferred

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
