    We are seeking a Top 1% world-class closer to join our dynamic team as an elite Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of aspiring tech professionals. In this crucial position, you'll guide prospective students through the enrollment process, helping them to either kick-start or advance their careers within the tech industry. We're in search of a proactive, results-oriented individual with a stellar track record in high-ticket sales. You'll be engaging only with pre-qualified leads, ensuring your focus is on quality interactions and meaningful outcomes.
    Key ResponsibilitiesSales
    • Engage and consult with pre-qualified leads to assess their career goals and guide them towards the appropriate tech bootcamp programs, tailoring advice to individual aspirations.
    • Implement a consultative sales strategy to deeply understand the needs of prospective students, ensuring alignment with their career objectives and the bootcamp's offerings.
    • Proactively follow up on leads through various communication channels, effectively managing the sales pipeline to convert inquiries into enrollments.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving tech landscape, bootcamp curriculum updates, and industry demand to provide accurate and relevant advice.
    • Negotiate enrollment terms and overcome objections, ensuring a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
    • Regularly report on sales activities and performance against targets, providing insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
    Operations
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to analyze lead quality and conversion rates, suggesting improvements to attract high-potential candidates.

    • Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions, ensuring alignment with the broader sales team and leveraging collaborative insights to optimize sales approaches.
    • Follow up with students on missed payments, ensuring clear communication and offering solutions to uphold their financial commitments while supporting their continued education.

    Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:
    • Exceptional sales skills with a proven track record in high-ticket environments, demonstrating consistent deal closures and target achievements.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at quickly building rapport and trust.
    • Solid understanding of the tech industry and educational programs, with a keen enthusiasm and energy for guiding individuals in their tech career journeys.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple leads and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
    • A collaborative spirit, eager to engage in team meetings and strategy sessions, enhancing the sales team's cohesion and strategy.
    Preferred:
    • Experience in managing a sales team or similar leadership roles within a sales environment, showcasing an ability to inspire and drive team success.
    • Expert level proficiency with CRM software and digital sales tools to enhance lead management and sales productivity.

    Offer Details & Logistics
    • Commission Structure: 10% on sales up to $1,000/student. No base.
    • Commission Range: $800 - $1,000
    • Leads: Consistent pre-qualified leads, potential for 8+ calls per day
    • Payment & Funding: Scholarships, Installments, Financing (loans)

      • Minimum KPI: 20 calls / week, 15% close | $140,000
      • Mid-Performer: 25 calls / week, 20% close | $230,000
      • Top Performer: 30 calls / week, 25% close | $280,000+
