Drawing inspiration from South Texas ranches, our menu is a tribute to fresh Gulf seafood, premium Texas beef, and beloved Southern classics, all elevated by Chef Levi's signature live-fire cooking.

Sidebar, an exclusive speakeasy-style cocktail bar draws inspiration from the early-1900s Texas oil boom and will be discreetly connected to Credence.

With Credence and Sidebar, we're reshaping the landscape of fine dining and mixology, and we want you to be a part of it.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow food safety and handling procedures, such as product rotation, dating and labeling all food items.
Prepare pastry/bakery and prep items in a timely matter.
Prepare all food items according to the specified cook times to ensure they are safe for customer consumption.
Follow proper knife handling procedures.
Ensure the quality of the food items and notify the manager if a product does not meet Goode Company standards.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing.
Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables, tools, knives and equipment to ensure sanitary conditions are met.
Assist cooks and kitchen staff to prepare food and provide them with needed items.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Punctual and reliable attendance
2 plus years of pastry experience in the kitchen of a highvolume establishment
Must be 18 years of age.
Effective time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Able to work in with heated equipment.
Be able to work in a standing and moving position for long periods of time.
