Sales Export Team Leader:


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading and managing the export sales team
  • Conducting employee meetings and being the main point of contact for important decisions
  • Motivating your team to achieve their best performance and ensuring smooth sales operations
  • Providing written and verbal support to international customers and sister companies
  • Managing and processing offers and orders, including price and delivery date checks
  • Independently carrying out internal sales processes
  • Collaborating with internal departments, especially production, logistics, and shipping

What we are looking for:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Preferably, previous experience in a team leader or similar position
  • Experience in export/inside sales in an industrial company (preferably in the plastics industry)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • High customer orientation, service mindset, and service competence
  • Excellent English skills
