What can you expect?

  • Technical planning of renovation and new construction projects, including cost and resource planning for each project
  • Operational planning and management of projects
  • Independent support and documentation of construction projects from planning and approval to implementation and commissioning
  • Responsible for achieving technical, deadline, cost, and corporate goals during project execution
  • Preparation and execution of construction projects in accordance with VOB guidelines
  • Invoicing/ invoice verification and documentation according to VOB or approval specifications
  • Contact person for planning offices, experts, and authorities
  • Creation of comprehensive documentation and adherence to existing filing system

What should you bring?

  • Successfully completed technical studies in the field of construction, plant engineering, process engineering, or as an industrial engineer or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience with (large) projects
  • Ideally, experience as a technical construction or project manager in the field of plant engineering
  • Knowledge of construction and environmental law, as well as contract law and VOB, is essential
  • Professional appearance and proven negotiation skills
  • Resilience, strong communication skills, independent work style, and high sense of responsibility
