Description

We are seeking a NIGHT SHIFT Behavioral Health Technician or certified care giver to join our team Working under the supervision of the Executive and Clinical Director the BHT will need to be able to facilitate and keep clients interested in groups, provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group and/or individual settings.

The BHT will provide direct supervision for adults with dual diagnosis, Behavioral health disorders to include substance abuse. The BHT documents each shift on behavior and participation in groups, and reports to the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Some daily responsibilities include assist with self-administration for medications, group facilitation, group counseling, progress note writing, keeping rules and structure within the home.

The BHT is responsible for maintaining the client activity schedule, assists clients in benefiting from program services, assisting clients in developing life skills and enhancing social skills.

We have 3-4 shifts available a week. The shift hours are from 6pm-6am.

• High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (preferred)

• Driver's License (required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (required)

Ability to Relocate:
