• Oversee all operational aspects of the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth
• Lead and manage the operations team to achieve company goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in operations management, strategic planning, and project management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent negotiation and decisionmaking abilities
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
