Description

Our client is a well-known, highly successful company in the financial services sector and one of the top employers in Hamburg. We are currently looking for an Inhouse Consultant HRIS (m/f/d) for the location in a central area of Hamburg.

Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in expanding the internal HR system landscape
  • Optimization of personnel processes in line with the digitalization strategy of the HR department
  • Interdepartmental contact person for the specialist departments regarding administration, support, and application of the HR systems used
  • Interface optimization of adjacent systems in close cooperation with the respective IT departments
  • Support with HR reporting and the creation of essential control elements

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in personnel work with a solid expertise in handling HR systems
  • Experience in payroll processes, cost planning, time management - ideally in P&I LOGA
  • Interest in current trends and developments in the HR system and process landscape
  • Service orientation, hands-on mentality, and initiative
