As the TA Sourcing, Strategy & Brand Partner will also be an expert at process improvement and project management by continually and proactively identifying any areas of opportunity within TA, by creating action plans for improvement, and driving those initiatives to overall success.

What You'll Do:


  • Develop marketing campaigns for hardtofill positions engaging with professional organizations and partnering with the SRP marketing team as needed
  • Play a pivotal role in revising, posting, and managing job descriptions on our career site and social platforms with the goal of increasing our ability to attract top, diverse talent
  • Partner with the business to understand position requirements and encourage the utilization of their networks to market our hardtofill and/or hot roles
  • Assist in performing prescreening calls to analyze applicants' abilities (as needed)
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and the appropriate business groups
  • Evaluate and dissect any areas of opportunity, create action plans for improvement, then drive those initiatives and projects to overall success
  • Always looking for areas to improve and streamline TA processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Process improvement and project management
  • Keep up to date with new sourcing technological trends and products
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline

What It Takes To Succeed:


  • Handson experience with proven and innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, etc.)
  • Experience sourcing for positions within the utilities or semiconductor industries would be a plus
  • Extremely savvy with all avenues of social media and company branding
  • Is an influencer to the business in sharing the marketing and networking responsibilities
  • A true visionary, someone that will think outside of the box and execute new strategies for success
  • Experience in project management: from concept to deliver
  • Vast experience in process evaluation, improvement, and change
  • Strong experience with several types of TA metrics including process and performance related
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent timemanagement abilities
  • This is a hybrid position in the office at least two days a week

Experience:


Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor.

Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.

  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited
