In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes by managing and maintaining accounts receivable records.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
    • Professionally communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any billing inquiries.
    • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing-related issues.
    • Assist in the month-end closing process by providing relevant financial data.
    • Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and tasks.

    Qualifications:
    • · High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
    • · Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role.
    • · Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
    • · Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel (proficiency in NetSuite a plus)
    • · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • · Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • · Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. This is critical.
    • · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • · Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
