    Lead Customer Service Representative/Teller at Fifth Third Bank

    ROLE OVERVIEW:
    As a Lead Customer Service Representative/Teller, you'll be the go-to person for providing top-notch customer service. You'll handle complex CSR tasks, make judgment calls independently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Customer Experience:
      • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them to the right solutions.
      • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
      • Maintain trust and confidentiality with customers.
    • Operations:
      • Work closely with the Financial Center Manager to maintain smooth office operations.
      • Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
      • Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives.
    • Referrals:
      • Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate team members.
      • Stay updated on retail products and services.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High school diploma/GED.
    • Experience in cash handling.
    • Strong knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to make sound decisions and lead a team.
    • Demonstrate company's core values.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:
    Standard office environment with computer work.
