    Scion Nonprofit Staffinghas been engaged to conduct a search for a

    RelocationConsultant for an amazing organization that connects students to internships and job opportunities. This is a Full-time, Fully Remote, 4 month contract

    opportunity operating on EST Zone.


    As the RelocationConsultant, you wwill be responsible for providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth relocation for interns, providing support with housing, transportation logistics, and cultural integration.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Work closely with each student to assess their unique needs and preferences and develop personalized relocation plans tailored to their circumstances.

    Coordinate housing accommodations for interns, including researching suitable options, negotiating leases, and arranging move in logistics.

    Assist interns with transportation arrangements, such as local airport pick-up, local transportation options, and providing guidance on navigating the area.

    Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to help interns acclimate to their new environment, including providing information on local customs, etiquette, and resources.

    Provide information and referrals to interns regarding essential services and resources in their new communities, such as healthcare facilities, grocery stores, and recreational activities.

    Serve as a point of contact for interns throughout their relocation process, offering assistance with questions or concerns they may have.

    Assist interns in completing necessary documentation for their internship placements.

    Solicit feedback from interns regarding their relocation experience to identify areas for improvement and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the relocation services provided.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1-2 years of Relocation Assistance experience
    1-2 years of Student Services experience
    Experience with communication platforms such as Slack.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
